Feeling Suicidal?

If you are having suicidal thoughts and have reached this page then please remember that you are not alone; there is confidential help and support available to you RIGHT NOW.

OK firstly if you need IMMEDIATE HELP then please call The Samaritans straight away at any time of day or night on 08457 90 90 90. Alternatively you can contact your G.P. They will be able to get support for you immediately too.

Remember that while it may seem as if these suicidal thoughts and feelings will never end, this is never a permanent condition. You WILL feel better again. We know from experience that there are services and support out there that will help you cope with your thoughts and feelings. Even people who feel as badly as you are feeling right now manage to survive these feelings and go on to live an amazing life, please take hope in this.
